Privacy
Our privacy policy, in plain language.
This page covers this website and the email you send us. It is short because we collect almost nothing. In effect since October 2, 2026; changes are announced in Notes, with a date.
This website
We cannot see who visits, and that is deliberate.
This site sets no cookies. It runs no scripts. It has no analytics, no forms, and it loads nothing from anyone else's servers. Nothing about your visit reaches us, and there is no profile of you here to request, correct or delete, because none exists.
One honest caveat: the company that hosts this site keeps standard server logs, as virtually all web hosting does. Those logs can include your IP address, the time, and the page requested. We do not use them to identify visitors.
Dark mode follows your own device setting. Nothing is stored on your device by this site.
Email you send us
We use your email to reply to you. That is all.
If you write to hello@cloisa.com or security@cloisa.com, we receive your address and what you wrote, and we keep the correspondence the way any business keeps its mail.
We do not add you to a mailing list. There is no newsletter. We do not share, sell or trade your details with anyone. If you ask us to delete a conversation, we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Please do not email us tax documents or anything with a SIN, SSN or account number in it. Discovery conversations never require client files, and we will say so again if you offer.
Client tax data
This website never touches a tax file.
The Cloisa product, the system that drafts coordinated Canada–US tax files for professional practices, is separate from this website and handles client data under written agreements with each firm. How it protects that data, including the rule that client identifiers never leave the firm, is described plainly on the Trust page.
Your rights, and who we are
One address answers every privacy question.
Cloisa AI Inc. is a Canadian company based in Toronto, and Canada's federal privacy law, PIPEDA, applies to us. You can ask what we hold about you, which in almost every case is only the email you sent us, and you can ask us to correct or delete it.
Write to hello@cloisa.com. A person reads it and a person answers.
