    We are hiring a founding AI engineer

    The first engineer alongside the founders: someone who has adapted and served open-weight models in production, built the harness around them, and counted the cost per document. The profile, honestly labelled as a draft, is at cloisa.com/ai-engineer.

    Cloisa is building for cross-border tax practices

    The engine we designed for regulated document work, where identifiers stay inside the firm and a person approves every field, is now aimed at the coordinated Canada–US file. We are in discovery with cross-border practitioners, and we are looking for a small number of partner practices to build with for the coming season.
